Founder of the most influential women’s networks in the country, Clara was honored in 2013 as “Woman Inspiring Europe” by the European Institute for Gender Equality. She is a serial entrepreneur, having launched four companies in three different countries. Passionate about education and languages, she founded the brand Languages.lu 20 years ago and continues to innovate tirelessly. In 2004, she was a pioneer in offering the first Luxembourgish language courses and has since published no less than nine playful materials for learning this language. Clara is also the only person whose native language is not Luxembourgish to have received the prestigious Dicks-Rodange-Lentz award. Additionally, the European Commission designated her a few weeks ago as the winner of the “European Innovative Teaching Award” in Luxembourg.

As President of the Union of Independents/Independent Workers Union, Clara Moraru believes it is essential not only to share remarkable successes but also to acknowledge the challenging path that leads to these achievements.

Despite early success, the store faced a financial decline in 2021, leading to its eventual closure. A passionate and committed entrepreneur, Camille finds joy in pole dance, fine foods, and good wine, driven by a motto: ‘Be the change you wish to see in the world.

Camille continues to demonstrate that entrepreneurship can be a powerful lever for promoting sustainable societal and environmental change.
