Clara Moraru
Founder : Languages.lu
Founder of the most influential women’s networks in the country, Clara was honored in 2013 as “Woman Inspiring Europe” by the European Institute for Gender Equality. She is a serial entrepreneur, having launched four companies in three different countries. Passionate about education and languages, she founded the brand Languages.lu 20 years ago and continues to innovate tirelessly. In 2004, she was a pioneer in offering the first Luxembourgish language courses and has since published no less than nine playful materials for learning this language. Clara is also the only person whose native language is not Luxembourgish to have received the prestigious Dicks-Rodange-Lentz award. Additionally, the European Commission designated her a few weeks ago as the winner of the “European Innovative Teaching Award” in Luxembourg.
As President of the Union of Independents/Independent Workers Union, Clara Moraru believes it is essential not only to share remarkable successes but also to acknowledge the challenging path that leads to these achievements.
Pascal Wiscour-Conter
Founder: Multiple ventures
Pascal Wiscour-Conter, an entrepreneur who returned to Luxembourg after two decades abroad, launched the Luxembourg maritime registry for yachts and created an asset management platform in California. Today, he shares his vision of strategic communication and leadership while supporting startups in Europe and the United States. Committed to serving communities, he promotes an approach of authentic exchanges and inspiring leadership.
His failures, far from being a hindrance, have strengthened his resilience and sharpened his understanding of innovation. He continues to inspire, encouraging entrepreneurs to go beyond limits and embrace boldness and change.
Camille Fraccaro
Founder: Les bocaux de Camille
Camille Fraccaro, 32, co-founded the zero-waste store Les Bocaux de Camille, open from April 2019 to December 2023 in Thionville, Moselle. A native of Moselle with a background in business, Camille was drawn to sustainable living during her years in Toulouse, inspiring her to create a store embracing local, eco-friendly products. Despite early success, the store faced a financial decline in 2021, leading to its eventual closure. A passionate and committed entrepreneur, Camille finds joy in pole dance, fine foods, and good wine, driven by a motto: ‘Be the change you wish to see in the world.
Camille continues to demonstrate that entrepreneurship can be a powerful lever for promoting sustainable societal and environmental change.
Tanyth Blackler
Founder : DoYourThing (DYT)
With over 18 years of experience across various industries, starting her career at a young age, she’s gained insights into the do’s and don’ts, the ups and downs, and the effects of both good and bad customer service – all fueling her personal and professional growth. Along the way, she’s learned from her own and others’ mistakes, gaining perspective on the many facets of a business, from employees to customers and owners. In her talk, Tanyth will share how these lessons inspired her to start DYT, helping others move forward with confidence, clarity, and a stronger vision and purpose for their life and business goals.

Guillaume de Vergnies, founder of Stampify, embodies innovation by launching a digitalized governance solution based on blockchain, promising simplicity, traceability and efficiency to revolutionize European fintech. Guillaume Perrodin
Founder: Syment
Guillaume Perrodin, founder of Syment, created this start-up to revolutionize property management by streamlining communication between owners, tenants, managers and service providers via an innovative platform. Building on his experience in London and Luxembourg, he launched Syment from Luxembourg in 2016, then transferred it to Normandy 1 year later. He leaves Syment in 2022.
